Exchanging / returning an item
If you decide to return an item, you can do so within 7 days of delivery. The postage date is binding in this respect. The customer is always responsible for the costs of returning an item. Make sure that you pay the correct postage. Any underpaid postage costs will be deducted from our refund. Items may only be returned unopened and in unused, undamaged state. Original packaging and cellophane wrappings of all products are required. They must be in exactly the same condition as on receipt. Mimaxshop.com holds the right to asses a 10% restocking fee to all returnable products. Please be aware that the delivery charge is non-refundable.
Note: the customer remains responsible for the return delivery until it reaches us. Returned items should preferably be shipped with TNT Post or DPD Parcel Services.
If you wish to exchange/return an item, you should take the following steps:
- Notify us about the return on email@example.com.
- Wait for a reply before you return it. You will be sent instructions regarding the procedure within 1-2 business days.
- After receiving our instructions, you should return the items within 10 working days.

- Items which are not in their original condition and/or packaging
- Items which have been used or tested.
- Discounted (SALE/CLEARANCE) items.
